  1. Data Collected and Purposes of Processing

This site collects personal data in the following ways:

Direct contact via email. When you contact leggo@noemibardella.it, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, and any other information included in the message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your request and, if a collaboration proceeds, to manage the professional relationship.

Brochure request form. By completing the brochure request form, you provide your first name and email address. This data is used to send you the requested material via Brevo (see Section 5) and, with your explicit consent, for occasional project updates.

LinkedIn. This site links to the controller’s LinkedIn profile (linkedin.com/in/noemibardella) in the footer. LinkedIn operates as an independent data controller. Any data processed when you visit or interact with that profile is governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy.

Browsing data and statistics. This site uses Koko Analytics to collect aggregate statistical data on page usage (pages visited, traffic source, browsing time). Koko Analytics uses a technical cookie to distinguish sessions. The data collected is anonymous and remains on the site’s server — it is not transmitted to external services. No individual user tracking is performed.

Technical browsing data. During their normal operation, computer systems acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols (IP address, browser type, operating system). This data is not associated with identified users and is retained for the time strictly necessary.

  1. Cookies

This site uses a single technical cookie, installed by Koko Analytics, necessary for navigation statistics. Profiling cookies, third-party cookies, and advertising tracking systems are not used.

Consent is not required for the installation of technical cookies in accordance with current legislation. You can disable cookies from your browser at any time without affecting your browsing experience.

  1. Legal Basis for Processing

Replying to emails: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b)

Processing brochure requests: Fulfilling a request from the data subject (Art. 6.1.b)

Occasional communications: Data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a)

Browsing statistics: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) — anonymous and aggregated data

  1. Data Processors and Third-Party Tools

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an email marketing service with registered office in France, subject to the GDPR, is used to send the brochure and occasional communications. The name and email address provided via the form are transmitted to Brevo exclusively for the purposes indicated. Brevo acts as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. For further information: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Browsing statistics are managed through Koko Analytics, a self-hosted solution. The data remains on the site’s server and is not transmitted to third parties.

LinkedIn is operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company as an independent data controller. This site only links to the controller’s public profile; no data is shared with LinkedIn through this site.

  1. Data Retention
  • Emails received: for the time necessary to process the request and, in the case of a contractual relationship, for the period required by applicable legal obligations (10 years for tax and accounting documentation).
  • Data subscribed to the Brevo list: until consent is revoked or deletion is requested. Each communication includes an immediate unsubscribe link.
  • Browsing data (Koko Analytics): aggregated and anonymous, retained indefinitely as usage statistics. Raw technical data is deleted within 30 days.
  1. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Data transmitted to Brevo is processed within the European Union. No transfers are made to third countries.

  1. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15), request rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), object to processing (Art. 21), request data portability (Art. 20), and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (
